We care about your comfort and comply with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", therefore we provide the possibility of exchanging and returning goods of proper and improper quality.
Return and exchange of goods of proper quality
You have the right to return or exchange goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that:
• the goods have not been used;
• their presentation, packaging, seals, labels are preserved;
• there is a payment document confirming the purchase.
Please note: according to the law, some categories of goods are not subject to exchange and return, in particular hygiene products, disposable tableware, gloves, household chemicals, medical products and sanitary-hygienic products, if they are of proper quality.
Return of goods of improper quality
If you received a defective product, or the product does not match the description, you have the right:
• to have the defects eliminated free of charge;
• to replace the product with a similar one;
• for a refund.
In this case, please contact our support service within 14 days of receiving the goods and provide a photo or video confirming the problem.
How to make a return
1. Contact us using the contacts listed on the website.
2. Provide the order number and reason for the return.
3. Wait for confirmation and instructions from the manager.
4. Send the goods back via Nova Poshta (to the agreed address).
Refund
After receiving and checking the goods, the funds will be returned to your bank account within 3–7 business days.
